Specialties

What I Work With

I keep a focused practice. These are the areas where I go deep, not a general list of everything a therapist might treat.

Most of the patients I see are carrying more than one of these at once. A hard birth and undiagnosed ADHD. Perfectionism and old trauma. You don't need to sort your concerns into a single category before we start.

The Motherhood Wound

Pregnancy and the first years of parenting bring a specific kind of strain. I work with birth trauma, perinatal anxiety, postpartum anxiety, pregnancy after loss, and the identity shift that comes with becoming a mother, sometimes called matrescence.

Trauma

Some trauma is a single event. Some builds up over years, in a family or a body that never got to feel safe. I work with trauma and PTSD, complex trauma, intergenerational trauma, and the effects of emotionally immature parents.

Capable doesn't mean unaffected.

The Accomplished, Exhausted Woman

A lot of patients come to me for ADHD in women, perfectionism and high achievement, stress and burnout, or anxiety in high functioning women. These are often the people everyone else relies on.

If you're not sure which page fits, start with a consultation instead of trying to diagnose yourself from a list.

Not Sure Where You Fit

A free consultation is a better starting point than a list of specialties.
