Stress and Burnout

Burnout doesn't always look like collapse. Often it looks like a woman still getting everything done, feeling less and less like herself while she does it.

You may still be performing at a high level at work. It's what happens at home, in your body, and in your own mind that has quietly worn down.

Signs I See Often

  • 01

Chronic fatigue that doesn't lift with a weekend off

  • 02

Irritability with the people you love most

  • 03

A flat, detached feeling toward work you used to care about

  • 04

Physical symptoms: headaches, tension, disrupted sleep, a body that won't settle

Depletion isn't a character flaw.

How I Work

Somatic work is central here, because burnout lives in the nervous system, not only in your calendar. We also look, using Internal Family Systems, at what's driving the overextension: which part of you doesn't know how to stop. The aim isn't simply a better schedule. It's a different relationship with your own limits.

Who I See

Physicians, attorneys, executives, entrepreneurs, and therapists carrying more than their roles were built to hold, often for people whose needs never fully pause.
