This page describes how the Harlan Therapy website handles information submitted through it. It does not cover clinical records.

This privacy policy applies to this website only. It covers information collected when you fill out a contact form, request a consultation, or otherwise interact with this site. It does not describe how clinical or health information is handled once you become a patient. Clinical privacy practices and HIPAA notices are provided separately at intake.

When you use the contact form on this site, I collect the information you choose to provide, typically your name, email address, phone number, and the message you write. I use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you request one, to schedule a free consultation.

Third Party Services

Contact form submissions are processed and stored by a secure third party service provider. Scheduling for consultations is handled through Calendly. These services have their own privacy practices governing the information they process on my behalf.

No Advertising Cookies or Tracking Pixels

This website does not use cookies for advertising purposes and does not use tracking pixels. Standard, non-advertising technical logs may be maintained by the hosting provider for basic site operation and security.

How Information Is Used

Information submitted through this site is used solely to communicate with you about your inquiry or scheduling a consultation. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
