The Tri-Cities area covers a cluster of communities south of Richmond, and I see patients from across the region, whether they come to my Prince George office or meet with me by video. ## Areas I Serve - 01 Petersburg - 02 Colonial Heights - 03 Hopewell - 04 Chester - 05 Prince George - 06 Fort Gregg-Adams Patients from these areas often choose in-person sessions at my office at 6610 Commons Drive, Suite C, particularly for intensives or Brainspotting work, though telehealth is also available and used by many. Location should not decide whether you get support. ## Beyond the Tri-Cities If you're elsewhere in Virginia, including commuting into the Richmond area for work, telehealth lets us meet without the drive. My approach doesn't change based on how we meet, whether that's Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, or somatic work suited to birth trauma, perinatal anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, or burnout. If you're unsure whether in-person or telehealth makes more sense for you, that's a reasonable thing to bring up on a free consultation call.
