By using this website, you agree to the terms described here. This page addresses the website itself as well as certain practice policies that apply once you become a patient. ## Use of This Website This site is provided for informational purposes about my practice, including specialties, approach, and how to get in touch. It is not a substitute for an evaluation or treatment, and using the site does not create a therapist-patient relationship. ## Fees and Payment Individual therapy sessions are 300 dollars each. Intensives are 2,500 dollars. My practice is self pay only and does not accept or bill insurance directly. I am considered an out-of-network provider, and a superbill is available on request if you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurer. Full fees are listed on Rates and Insurance. ## Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full session fee. This policy allows time slots to be offered to other patients when possible. ## Scheduling Free consultations can be scheduled at https://calendly.com/lharlanandassociates/new-meeting. Booking a consultation does not guarantee acceptance into the practice, and either of us may determine that another provider would be a better fit. ## Changes to These Terms These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
