I offer two formats: individual therapy in weekly 50 minute sessions, and therapy intensives, which concentrate focused work into a 90 minute intake and a separate four hour session. Both use the same approach, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and somatic work, and both are available in person in Prince George, Virginia or by telehealth anywhere in Virginia. ## Individual Therapy Weekly 50 minute sessions, at 300 dollars each. Weekly is how I work, because it is what builds momentum and holds the work between sessions. This format suits you if you want steady, ongoing support over time, with room to bring whatever's present in a given week. Full fees are listed on Rates and Insurance. ## Therapy Intensives Concentrated work, 2,500 dollars, structured as a 90 minute intake, then a separate four hour session, then a 30 minute follow up 30 days later. A workbook, tailored to you, runs through the process. Available in person in Prince George or by telehealth anywhere in Virginia. This format suits you if you want to make meaningful progress on something specific, a birth experience, a particular pattern, without an open ended weekly commitment stretching ahead of you. ## Child, Adolescent, and Family Therapy I also see children, adolescents, and families in person at the Prince George office. This is a supported part of the practice rather than the focus of it, and it is often for the families already working with me. ## How to Choose If you're not sure which fits, that's a normal place to start from, and it's exactly what the free consultation is for. As a general guide, ongoing sessions suit an unfolding process, while an intensive suits a defined piece of work you want to move through with focus and privacy in a short window. Some women do an intensive first and then continue with ongoing sessions, and some do the reverse. Both formats are self pay, out of network, with a superbill provided on request so you can seek reimbursement from your insurer if your plan allows it.
